Mildiani red dry wine is made from Saferavi in Kakheti, traditionally fermented in kvevri and aged in oak barrels. The drink has a deep burgundy color and a complex, rich aroma, in which oak tones from aging in oak barrels are felt with elements of lively fruit, licorice, blueberry, gin, tobacco and spices.
