Robert Biale’s “Black Chicken” is a legendary Napa Valley Zinfandel named after the secret code word used for ordering Zinfandel during Prohibition. This wine delivers a powerful and concentrated expression of the varietal, featuring layers of ripe blackberry, wild raspberry, and characteristic black pepper spice.
