The fanciful name “Young Vines” reflects that the blend comes from vines Bressler planted in 1999. Young Vines is more approachable as a young wine and drinks beautifully right now. It is a very versatile wine that goes well with many foods, including chicken, pork and pasta, as well as the usual red meats (beef, lamb, veal, etc.).
